OUR SIMPLE PROCESS

ENQUIRE

You do not have to have it all figured out! This is what I am here for. 

Requirements for enquiries:

1. Wedding date set

2. Venue booked

3. Love my vibe and style

Once you have submitted your date, we will check our calander to see if we are available. 


If we are, we send a simple questionnaire to complete which will help us to quote as accurately possible. 


If we have a wedding booked, we will recommend our fabulous and trusted florist friends!

QUOTING, CONTRACTS AND INVOICING.

We will send an initial estimate. The estimate can be shuffled around to fit your budget or added to, if more abundance of flowers is wanted. 

We will also arrange a clarity call to discuss any of your worries, questions or feedback. 

Once you are happy with your quote, I will invoice you a booking fee. All bookings require a 30% deposit. The deposit locks in your wedding date, so that I am unavailable to others for your date.

A digital contract will be emailed that can be conveniently signed in the comfort of your own home.

The final invoice will be due four weeks before your wedding. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.

INITIAL MOODBOARD DESIGN AND ONGOING SUPPORT

Once the contract has been signed, and deposit has been paid the fun begins! 

You will be provided with an initial mood-board based of your inspiration photos and questionnaire to provide clarity that our visions align.


Our onboarding bride guide will be sent to you along with our WhatsApp phone number for ongoing communication.

THE FINAL STAGES

Six weeks before the wedding, we will arrange a 90 minute face to face final consultation meeting. This can be in person or online.

After our consultation, the final moodboard will be created and sent to you. 

Six weeks before the wedding the final invoice is issued, with a due date of four weeks before the wedding - providing you with two weeks to prepare final funds.

Once the final invoice has been paid, a preorder flowers one month in advance.

Your wedding planner or venue manager will be emailed to coordinate ceremony and reception install and pack down times.
